The Shenandoah Valley Hot Air Balloon & Wine Festival is a 3-day annual event held the 3rd full weekend in October each year. Historic Long Branch provides a breathtaking backdrop with the brillian fall foliage of the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. The area is transformed throughout the weekend with powered parachutes and colorful hot air balloons as they launch to the skies of the Shenandoah Valley.
